The Blaylock Wellness Report on Coping With Stress

Russell L. Blaylock, M.D. publishes a report about health, Living a long, Healthy Life. The July 2009 report has a Blaylock tip about Coping With Stress.

Dr. Blaylock states in this article that stress is both physical and mental. Physicians and neuroscientists accept that “psychological stress” produces effects on the brain identical to those caused by physical stress.

Dr. Blaylock suggests, to reduce stress:

  1. Reduce your intake of fats, especially saturated fats and omega-6 fats.
  2. Take magnesium.
  3. Drink White tea.

American Theorists Tres Mali Scott, M.Ed., M.S., ABD has published information on under paranormal psychology that states “para-terrorist” use psychological stress to terrorize individuals. For example, the 911 Bombing in New York caused the United States of America to experience “psychological stress” on a National Level.

From Community Links Magazine: 18 The Fake Enemy

The Southern California Community Links Magazine’s January 1- January 15, 2010 Vol. 5 Issue 146 page 4 has a great quote from Rabbi Yanki Tauber (Jewish):

True achievement is possible only under conditions of absolute freedom. A person must be in full control of his or her life, free of any constraints and hindrances. But being “in control” breed complacency and spiritual laziness; only when challenged and oppressed, only when compelled to resist and battle “overpowering” circumstances, does the human being rise to and actualize his or her true potential.

Rabbi Yanki Tauber

A response to number 18 The Fake Enemy from Americanj0200547 Theorist Tres Mali Scott:

I believe when the free and in control lean about the past and the struggles others endured they may also rise as a human being and actualize to his or her true potential. That is why reading was denied the United States of America Slaves.

Neurodegenerative Diseases: Appearing Earlier, More Often, and to a Much More severe Degree

Alzheimer’s disease, Perinson’s disease, and Lou Gehrig’s disease are called neurodegenerative diseases that are associated with chronic nutrient deficiencies and exposure to environmental toxins that severely impair the biological repair system. This also affects diabetes, autoimmune disorders, many cancers, arthritis, heart disease, and strokes.

Vitamin C, B1, B6, folate, and vitamin B12 help regulate a special series of metabolic steps for neurotransmitter chemicals of the brain and repairing DNA.

Vitamin E, C, the carotenoids, and special antioxidants from plants help protect the brain. So as Russell L. Blaylock, M.D. said in his June 2004 Wellness Report Quick  Facts, “Eat Your Veggies.”
