Neurodegenerative Diseases: Appearing Earlier, More Often, and to a Much More severe Degree

Alzheimer’s disease, Perinson’s disease, and Lou Gehrig’s disease are called neurodegenerative diseases that are associated with chronic nutrient deficiencies and exposure to environmental toxins that severely impair the biological repair system. This also affects diabetes, autoimmune disorders, many cancers, arthritis, heart disease, and strokes.

Vitamin C, B1, B6, folate, and vitamin B12 help regulate a special series of metabolic steps for neurotransmitter chemicals of the brain and repairing DNA.

Vitamin E, C, the carotenoids, and special antioxidants from plants help protect the brain. So as Russell L. Blaylock, M.D. said in his June 2004 Wellness Report Quick  Facts, “Eat Your Veggies.”
